Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and monitor receivables and payables: Process invoices and follow up with vendors. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
2. Ensure the accuracy of financial records as well as their compliance with relevant laws
3. Prepare monthly financial report
4. Prepare monthly income and financial reports
5. Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
6. Resolve discrepancies and issues related to bank transactions.
7. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses. Ensure all expenses are properly documented and categorized.
8. General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting entries.
9. Ensure the accuracy of financial data and documentation.
